Organization-level analytics provide a high-level summary of all call activity across every project in the organization. These metrics help you monitor overall usage, performance, and cost trends without diving into project-specific detail. This page covers only the aggregated metrics available at the organization level.

Available Metrics

The analytics dashboard includes four topline values:
  1. Total Sessions The total number of call sessions executed across all workflows in all projects within the organization.
  2. Average Session Duration The mean length of all sessions. Useful for spotting trends in call complexity or agent handling time.
  3. Total Cost The total usage cost accrued by all projects in the organization.
  4. Average Cost per Session A normalized cost metric that helps compare usage patterns over time.

How Organization Analytics Differ From Project Analytics

Organization Analytics show only the aggregated summary metrics listed above. They do not include:
  • Session-level history
  • Call logs
  • Playback or download of recordings
  • Status breakdowns (success, failure, timeouts)
  • Per-workflow analytics
  • Filters or search capabilities
These details are available exclusively at the Project level, where workflows and call sessions belong.

When to Use Organization Analytics

Use this page when you want to:
  • Understand overall usage across multiple projects
  • Track high-level cost trends
  • Compare usage before/after deploying new workflows across the org
  • Get a quick sanity check on total traffic volumes
For deeper diagnostics, debugging, or workflow-specific insights, use Project Analytics instead.
