Summary Metrics
At the top of the page, you’ll find high-level metrics that reflect project-level activity:- Total Sessions The total number of call sessions executed across all workflows within the project.
- Average Session Duration The mean length of all sessions. Useful for spotting trends in call complexity or agent handling time.
- Total Cost The cumulative cost of all sessions in this project.
- Average Cost per Session A normalized cost metric that helps compare usage patterns over time.
Sessions
The session table lists every session executed by any workflow in this project. Each entry shows information such as:- Which workflow ran
- When the session began
- How long it lasted
- Its final status
- The cost of the individual session
- Viewing session details
- Playing back and downloading the call recording
- Viewing the full session transcript
