Project Analytics provides a detailed view of how this project’s workflows are performing. While Organization Analytics aggregates usage across all projects, this page focuses exclusively on activity generated within the current project.

Summary Metrics

At the top of the page, you’ll find high-level metrics that reflect project-level activity:
  1. Total Sessions The total number of call sessions executed across all workflows within the project.
  2. Average Session Duration The mean length of all sessions. Useful for spotting trends in call complexity or agent handling time.
  3. Total Cost The cumulative cost of all sessions in this project.
  4. Average Cost per Session A normalized cost metric that helps compare usage patterns over time.
These numbers provide a quick snapshot of usage patterns, workflow performance, and cost trends.

Sessions

The session table lists every session executed by any workflow in this project. Each entry shows information such as:
  • Which workflow ran
  • When the session began
  • How long it lasted
  • Its final status
  • The cost of the individual session
Each row also includes actions for deeper inspection, such as:
  • Viewing session details
  • Playing back and downloading the call recording
  • Viewing the full session transcript
These tools help you audit behavior, troubleshoot issues, and refine how your workflows operate.

Filters & Refresh

Use the Show Filters panel to narrow the session list based on attributes such as workflow name, duration, cost ranges, or flow type. You can also refresh the session list at any time using the Refresh button to pull in the latest activity.
