The Workflows page lists all workflows created within the current project. A workflow is the structured flow of your caller’s journey, it covers what your agent says, how it listens, and which actions it takes. From here, you can view, create, and open workflows for editing.

Workflow List

The main table shows every workflow in the project, including both published and draft versions. Each entry displays key information such as:
  • Name: The workflow’s display name.
  • Status Indicators: Whether the workflow is private, active/inactive, and its latest version state.
  • Last Updated: When the workflow was most recently modified.
Selecting a workflow opens it in the Workflow Builder, where you can edit nodes, agents, logic, and routing.

Creating a Workflow

Click Create Workflow + to start a new workflow. The creation menu allows you to specify:
  • Name: required
  • Description: optional, used for documentation and organization
Once created, the workflow opens directly in the Workflow Builder as a draft.

Workflow Types and Visibility

All workflows in a project are:
  • Inactive until intentionally changed to Active.
  • Private by default.
  • Versioned – each workflow maintains its own version history inside the builder.
You can manage publication, activation, and versioning from within the workflow editor.
