Projects are focused workspaces used to build and manage a specific assistant, workflow system, or solution. While organizations group everything under a single company or account, projects keep individual initiatives separate and self-contained. This page outlines what lives at the project level and how it relates to organization-level features.

Project Structure

Each project contains:
  • Workflows: The logic, actions, and automations that power the assistant or system you’re building.
  • Project Analytics: Insights and metrics specific to this project’s activity, separate from organization-wide reporting.
  • Project-Specific Resources: API keys, credentials, phone numbers, and knowledge bases that can be created exclusively for this project.
  • Inherited Resources: Organization-level API keys, credentials, and knowledge bases that have been granted access to this project.
Projects provide a structured, isolated environment for development while still allowing access to shared organization assets when appropriate.
