The Projects page at the organization level shows every project that belongs to the current organization. Projects act as independent spaces for building solutions, each with its own workflows, settings, analytics, and resources. This page helps you view, access, and create projects that sit under the organization.

Viewing Projects

The project list provides an overview of all projects within the organization.
From here, you can:
  • open an existing project
  • view basic project information (name and slug)
  • understand how your organization’s work is structured

Editing or Deleting a Project

Projects can be edited or deleted from this page. Whether you are viewing all projects in list or card layout, you have two icons that allow you to do the following
  • Edit: you can edit a project name or slug
  • Delete: you can delete a project from the organization. This action is permanent, and will delete all workflows inside the project as well

Creating a New Project

You can create a new project directly from this page using the “Create Project” action button. New projects become immediately available to all organization members and will appear in the organization’s project list.

How Projects Relate to Organizations

Projects belong to exactly one organization.
They inherit access and shared resources from the organization, but maintain their own:
  • workflows
  • project-level analytics
  • project-level API keys, credentials, and knowledge bases
  • project-specific phone numbers
This allows teams to build multiple assistants or solutions under the same organization while keeping each project isolated and easy to manage.

Summary

The Projects page gives you a clear view of all solutions being built within your organization and provides a straightforward way to navigate into or create new projects.
